Lucid referral program: points, rules and limits

Lucid's referral program pays in Lucid Rewards points, not a price cut. On an eligible new Air or Gravity, Lucid's program awards the buyer 2,000 Lucid Rewards points after delivery, and the referring Lucid owner can earn the same. Here are the main rewards and eligibility rules, summarized from Lucid's referral page.

Points apply only to an eligible new Lucid, bought or leased. The Lucid Air Sapphire and Lucid Gravity Dream Edition are not eligible, and demo or used vehicles do not qualify. If your trim is not in the table, ask Lucid before you order.
What the points buy
Before sales tax, 2,000 points is enough for any one of these sample rewards: Zip Sweatshirt (800 points), Lucid Roll Top Backpack (900 points), Zip Jacket (1,500 points) and Bomber Jacket (1,600 points). The other 9 sample rewards cost more than 2,000 points before tax. Lucid calculates sales tax at checkout and it can only be paid with points, so check the total against your balance.

- Points can be redeemed only for designated items and experiences in the Lucid Rewards Store, never for cash or for products and services in the regular Lucid Store.
- Points expire 2 years after they are issued, or earlier if Lucid ends the program.
- Points cannot be transferred or assigned to anyone else.
- Lucid can withhold or invalidate points it deems fraudulent, suspect or in violation of its terms.
When the points arrive
Points accrue when a delivery made with a referral code is completed, not when the order is placed, and Lucid says they generally arrive within 60 days of delivery. Participants are responsible for taxes on points. Lucid may request a Form W-9 and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, can rescind points if it is not completed within 60 days of the request.
Who can take part
- Buyers and owners must live in the United States, be at least 18 and be legally able to take part. The program is void in Ohio and Virginia and anywhere else referral benefits are prohibited by law.
- Only a current Lucid owner can be a referrer.
- For a referral of someone else, Lucid credits the referrer only when the buyer is a first-time customer without an existing order.
- Each buyer can have only one referrer, and Lucid credits the first one associated with them, so use a code before you place an order rather than counting on adding or changing it later.
- An owner who uses their own referral link to buy another Lucid is eligible for the buyer's reward on an eligible purchase, but receives no referrer reward on it.

- Lucid says owners may redeem points for up to 4 referred customers per calendar year, and that the limit is reached at 4 confirmed orders using one referral link. Its terms do not say what the buyer receives after that.

How Lucid says codes may be shared
- Lucid's terms say owners may share their link or QR code with friends and family, and bar spam, harassment and fake accounts.
- Lucid can withhold or invalidate points it deems fraudulent, suspect or in violation of its terms.

Any Lucid referral code shown here belongs to a Lucid owner. Any points Lucid awards go to eligible participants, not to ReferCharge. ReferCharge earns nothing from Lucid's referral program, and we never charge you.
