The service
ReferCharge is a free tool that provides a Tesla referral link. We are not charging for access, and we do not process transactions or rewards on behalf of users. The referral link is provided as-is for you to use when placing an eligible Tesla order.
Independence
ReferCharge is independently owned and operated. We are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Tesla, Inc. Tesla does not control, review, or approve this site. Questions about the site should be sent to support@refercharge.com.
Tesla controls the referral program
Tesla controls its own referral program, including eligibility, the benefit displayed at checkout, availability, and program terms. Tesla may change or cancel its referral program at any time, for any reason, and without notice. We have no control over those decisions and make no promises about any specific benefit, outcome, or availability.
No guarantees
We do our best to keep the referral link current and the site running, but we make no guarantee that the link will always work, that a referral benefit will be applied, or that any particular order will qualify. The use of the referral link is entirely between you and Tesla.
Affiliate links
Some outbound links on this site are affiliate links, which means ReferCharge may earn a commission from the merchant if you buy something. This never costs you anything extra, and it never affects the referral link or the benefit Tesla shows at checkout.
Trademarks
Tesla, Model 3, Model Y, Model S, Model X, Cybertruck, and related marks are trademarks of Tesla, Inc. We use them only to identify the subject of the referral service, which is a nominative fair use under trademark law. We do not assert any affiliation with Tesla or ownership of its marks.
No warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReferCharge and its operators will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes any loss or issue related to a Tesla order, referral benefit, or referral program decision.
