Who we are

ReferCharge is an independent website that helps people find a Tesla referral link. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Tesla, Inc. This policy covers refercharge.com only.

What we collect

• Referral-link click events: when you use our referral link, we record an anonymous event that may include a timestamp, which link you used (primary or backup), the advertising click identifier (gclid) from the page URL, and a coarse source. We use this to measure which link works and to understand advertising attribution. We do not tie these events to your name, email, or any other personal information.
• Contact-form submissions: when you send a message through the contact page, we collect your name, email, reason, and message so we can reply. We may also send a notification copy of that message to our own inbox via our email provider, Resend.
• Submitted referral links: if you submit your own Tesla referral link, we store the link and a hashed form of your IP address so we can review it and prevent abuse. Submitted links are never displayed on the site. A submitted link is only ever used if we choose to set it as the site's main or backup link, and most are never used. You can ask us to remove yours at any time by emailing support@refercharge.com.

What we do not collect

We do not require accounts, and we do not collect financial information, bank account details, digital wallet addresses, or money-transfer handles. We also no longer collect order names, vehicle model choices, or order dates. We do not ask you to link your Tesla account or share order confirmations.

Why we use it

We use click events only to measure how the site performs and to see which referral link is working. We use contact-form information only to respond to your message and keep a record of the conversation until it is resolved.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use data brokers. We share information only with service providers strictly necessary to run the site, such as Resend for sending notification emails. We do not share your contact details with advertisers.

Retention and your choices

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and then deleted. Click events are kept as aggregated statistics and are not tied to identifiable individuals. If you want to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have sent us, email support@refercharge.com.

Cookies and similar technologies

We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels for profiling. We may use basic analytics to understand how the site is used, and we honor browser signals such as Do Not Track.
