Why TPE instead of carpet or universal mats?
TPE is a dense waterproof rubber-like material. It is molded to the exact floor shape, so slush and spills stay in the tray and the mats rinse clean with a hose. Universal mats are cut for no car in particular and slide around, which is also a safety issue near the pedals.
Do floor mats differ between a 2023 and a 2024 Model 3?
Yes. The 2024 refresh changed the floor pan and rear bench, so Highland mats and classic Model 3 mats are not interchangeable. The same split exists between the newest Model Y and the 2020-2024 cars. Use the version buttons on the product card.
Do I need separate cargo liners?
The newest Model Y set we link already includes the trunk liner. For other generations the cargo liner set covers the trunk and frunk separately, which is worth it if you haul anything that leaks, sheds or rolls.
Will rubber mats damage the interior or void anything?
No. They sit in place without adhesive and lift straight out. Cleaning is the whole point: pull them out, rinse, drop them back in.
